  1.  We process your personal data in connection with your request for training at our clinic. We collect, process and store your personal data in connection with our pre-contractual relationship as well as on a contractual basis in connection with the conclusion and performance of a Training Contract (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union – Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
  2.  We keep your personal data for the statutory period specified by the Obligations and Contracts Act (in most cases this period is 5 years).
  3.  We are partly supported in our work by external service providers (e.g. ……..). We carefully select our service providers, they are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored. 
  4.  After the expiration of the period referred to in point 2, we only store and process your personal data (name, telephone number, address, email) for marketing and advertising purposes if you have expressly consented to this.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you have the following rights.
