Refund Policy for Prepaid Courses

Thank you for choosing our courses!  We understand that your plans may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be as flexible as possible. Please read the following refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

Booking a place on on-site courses

On-site courses require a 50% prepayment of the full course fee to secure your place on the course.

Booking and payment for online courses

For online courses a registration form must be completed to secure a place.

To access the online materials, video training, research articles and reading materials, you must prepay 100% of the course fee within 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course.

Return of prepaid course fees on-site

• If you inform the Academy at least one week (7 days) prior to the course date that you will be unable to attend, you are entitled to a refund of 90% of the prepaid amount.
• Payments for online courses are non-refundable

Access to online materials

Access to online materials, including video tutorials, research articles and reading materials, will be granted upon payment of 100% of the course fee.

Note: All requests for refunds must be made in writing (to 27th. Str, Varna, Bulgaria 9006) or by email: info@dentaprime-academy.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written request. Please note that any transaction fees or bank charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
